Pupil Progress Reports
Progress reports take place in a variety of ways:
At the end of the Michaelmas Term, parents receive a written report detailing their child's progress in the core subjects. In the Trinity Term, pupil reports contain the results of tests undertaken by the child, as well as teacher's assessments of the child's progress and achievement.
Parents' Evenings are held in the Michaelmas and Lent Terms, when more detailed discussion can take place. The Michaelmas Term evening is held just prior to the half term and enables parents to learn more about how their child is settling into their new class. Appointment times with class teachers and specialist teaching staff are given in advance of the Parents' Evening.
Parents are able to make an informal appointment with their child's teacher at any time, in line with the school's 'open door' approach.
