We offer two choices of lunchtime meal - pupils may bring a packed lunch or enjoy a hot, nutritious lunch provided by our colleagues from Chartwells Catering.

Hot Lunches

Please notify the school office by Monday 21st August if you would like your child to receive a hot lunch next term.

The lunch fees for the Michaelmas Term 2017 are £260.70. Healthy snack pots for Early Years children are also available at £33 per term. (The cost is added to your Michaelmas Term invoice.) Please note there are no hot meals or snack pots on Friday 20th October and Friday 15th December 2017.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches should be brought in a suitable lunchbox or container, which must be clearly marked with the owner's name. Glass containers/bottles are not allowed.

The school encourages pupils to eat healthily - and so fizzy drinks and sweets are not allowed. Children are encouraged to eat what is provided for them and to take home what they do not eat.

Nut Allergies

An increasing number of children are experiencing nut allergies. For them the slightest contact with nuts can result in a swift and aggressive reaction which can have highly serious consequences.

Please help us to help all pupils by not sending nuts or nut products to school, either for break or lunch.

Pupils are encouraged to bring a playtime snack. A piece of fruit or vegetables, cheese or rice cake only. Crisps and chocolate are not acceptable.

Fruit snack pots can also be provided for nursery children by 'Cygnet Catering' for a minimal charge and represent value for money healthy options.

Fresh milk is delivered daily to school and is Free of Charge to Nursery and Reception school children.
